【4.5】【4.6】控制台查看server.json

如果在不能登录客户服务器的情况下，需要查看server上的server.json文件内容，可以通过该接口访问。

https://$cenrter地址/api/v1/server/config/serverid/$hostid/lastconftime/0

更换center地址，hostid替换为需要查看的server的服务器id（可以在控制台的服务器列表复制）
